Our seitan and mushroom loaf is mouth wateringly tender. Wrapped in our handmade shortcrust pastry and filled with a festive stuffing of bulgur wheat, roast pumpkin, veggies, cranberries, toasted pistachios, walnuts and herb blend.


Handmade by us and totally preservative free.


Roast comes frozen for you to simply defrost and reheat on Christmas day. 


Cooking instructions:

Defrost completely, then reheat, wrapped in foil, in the oven on 160 degrees for 50 minutes, then another 20 minutes uncovered.
