What we offer

Every Saturday at Salamanca market we offer an array of our small batch handmade dips and spreads, all preservative free, 100% plant based and gluten free.

- Fresh hummus

(Featuring Australian chickpeas and topped with our homemade zaatar spice mix)

- Walnut pate

(Featuring Tasmanian walnuts and an umami flavour bomb. My favourite on a sourdough toast with pickled red onions)

- Harissa

(Roasted red capsicum blended with toasted whole spices, olive oil, lemon and chilli. A beautiful addition to roasted veggies, or to anything that needs that extra flavour enhancement)

- Muhamara

(Featuring Tasmanian walnuts, roasted red capsicum, pomegranate molasses and other middle eastern flavours. Goes great with hummus or as a dip on its own) 

- Cashew Labneh

(A veganised version of the thick and tangy middle eastern yoghurt dip. Enjoy as a dip with crackers, sandwich filler or add on salads)

On top of our dips and spreads we also cook and serve freshly baked pides.

Pide is a Turkish flatbread shaped like a boat that is baked with various fillings.

Freshly made dough is shaped on site and rolled. Topped with various local ingredients and homemade creations. twist into shape and put into the pizza oven until it is perfectly cooked.
